Defenseman Filip Kuba has been named the Minnesota Wild's captain for the month of November.
Kuba, an All-Star selection in 2004, has led the Wild in average ice time in each of the club's first four seasons.
The Wild have traditionally rotated their captaincy each month, rewarding a player who has shown the strongest leadership.
