After two wins in 2005-06, Willmar finished 9-17 overall and 4-12 (7th place) in the Central Lakes Conference; Went 1-1 in playoffs, beating Morris/Benson Area, 3-2, and then losing to eventual section champion Alexandria, 5-1.
