WILLMAR - The Willmar City Council will meet for a work session at 5 p.m. Monday in the boardroom at the Kandiyohi County Health and Human Services building, 2200 23rd St. N.E. in Willmar.
On the agenda will be discussions about the Willmar Bike Share program and the Celebrate the Light of the World Holiday Light display. There will also be finance policy presentations, including about credit card usage, 2017 audit findings and fund balance policies.
