Willmar Fests Junior Royalty named

Junior Royalty
The hand-picked Willmar Fests 2014 Junior Royalty are Junior Prince Ivan Mares and Junior Princess Eloina Ibarra. Both will be third-graders at Kennedy and Roosevelt elementary schools in Willmar, respectively. Their names were drawn by outgoing royalty Lakyia Gustafson and Dalton Adolphson. Ivan is the son of Armando and Brenda Mares. Eloina’s parents are Albarod and Jennifer Ibarra.
