ST. CLOUD -- Lisa Nielsen netted 21 points to lead Willmar to a 59-49 win over St. Cloud Apollo in Central Lakes Conference girls basketball action Thursday.
The Cardinals (2-4, 5-6) trailed 29-27 at halftime, then outscored the Eagles (3-3, 4-8) 32-20 in the final 18 minutes.
Hannah Okins and Kelsey Evans added 10 points apiece for Willmar.
The Cardinals committed just nine fouls in the game.
St. Cloud Apollo was led by Andrea Hagberg's 21 points. Brooke Dunsmoor added 16 points.
