The Willmar Cardinals host St. Cloud Apollo in a Central Lakes Conference battle to open the 2007 high school football season.
The Cardinals finished 4-3 in the Central Lakes last season and 4-5 overall. They beat St. Cloud Apollo 30-26 in the season opener a year ago in St. Cloud.
Apollo was 1-6, 1-8 last season.
The game at Hodapp Field is slated to begin at 7 p.m.
