According to Felt, witnesses said a red Chevrolet extended cab pickup, driven by Austin Stull, 23, was traveling southbound on 23rd Street Southeast when his vehicle left the road, hitting an electrical box, street light pole and a fire hydrant.

The vehicle then went westbound on Willmar Avenue and was later pulled over after it was located on the 1100 block of Irene Avenue Southeast.

Stull is facing third-degree driving while impaired, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and reckless driving.
