WILLMAR - The 31st Annual Willmar Mayor’s Prayer Breakfast will be at 6:30 a.m. Thursday at the Assembly of God Church, 3821 Abbott Dr., Willmar.

Tickets are $12 and are available at churches throughout the area, or at City Hall, or by calling 320-222-6860.

This year’s National Day of Prayer theme, “Pray for America,” will also set the tone for featured presenter, John Chapin, administrator at Community Christian School in Willmar.

Leading in prayer will be Pastors Jon Dahl of Bethel Lutheran Church, Keith Kerstetter of Assembly of God Church, and Mary Glade of Willmar Ministerial Association and Svea Lutheran Church. Todd Bergeth of KWLM radio will be master of ceremonies.

Any surplus funds will be donated to youth summer scholarships for Willmar Community Education and Recreation.
