WILLMAR -- The Willmar Municipal Utilities Commission will receive on Monday the findings and recommendations from the organizational assessment study conducted by Springsted Inc. Springsted will present the study during the regular meeting at 11:45 a.m. Monday in the utilities building auditorium, 700 Litchfield Ave. S.W.
Springsted was hired to look at the utility's organizational structure; analyze job descriptions; identify vulnerable areas regarding current and future regulatory issues; develop a succession plan for smooth transition as needs change; and understand the employee culture and current state of the organization.
