HUTCHINSON — A woman from Willmar suffered non-life-threatening injuries Tuesday in a single-vehicle crash near Hutchinson.
Latoya Patterson, 38, of Willmar, who was the passenger in the vehicle, was taken to the emergency room at Hutchinson Health.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol report, the crash occurred around 12:48 p.m. Tuesday near the intersection of Minnesota Highway 7 and Minnesota Highway 22. The 2014 Nissan Sentra, driven by Jermaine Shaheen Mohondhis, 36, of Portsmouth, Virginia, was headed westbound on Highway 7 when it lost control. The car went into the ditch and then struck a pole. Mohondhis was not hurt.
Both driver and passenger were wearing their seat belts, and alcohol was not involved. The State Patrol said roads had snow and ice on them at the time.

Assisting at the scene were the McLeod County Sheriff's Office, the Hutchinson Fire Department and Hutchinson Ambulance.
