Kelsey Hanson, a first-team All-Area setter from Willmar, has signed a letter of intent to play volleyball for Valley City State College in North Dakota.
Hanson, a 5-7 senior, finished her career with 1,623 assists and 541 digs. She was a two-time all-Central Lakes Conference selection.
Valley City, which went 10-15 last season, recently hired a new volleyball coach, Craig Case.
