Willmar's June building permits total more than $15M

WILLMAR--There were 116 building permits filed in Willmar for the month of June. The total value of all projects was $15,829,702. Total permit fees were $131,237.

Significant building permits include the following:

Independent School District No. 347, 209 Willmar Ave. S.E., construction of new classrooms/fire sprinklers/interior remodel, $5,449,017

McDonald's, 717 First St. S., install a new ventless oven, $20,000

Menard Inc., 3330 First St. S., construct a 25,363-square-foot lumber warehouse, $1,041,506

Independent School District No. 347, 209 Willmar Ave. S.E., heating, ventilation and air-conditioning installation for school addition, $1,259,800

Erickson Land Company, 1506 Upper Trentwood Circle N.E., construct 6,324-square-foot assisted living and 636-square-foot garage, $829,928

Erickson Land Company, 1506 Upper Trentwood Circle N.E., heating, ventilation and air-conditioning installation for new assisted living facility, $65,000.

Independent School District No. 347, 1234 Kandiyohi Ave. S.W., install new boiler, $272,422
