How windy is it? Windy enough to damage a million gallon, steel-plated storage tank near Fergus Falls.
The tank is part of an ethanol plant under construction.
It happened Tuesday at Otter Tail Ag Enterprises Ethanol Company. CEO Kelly Longtin says a wind gust "kinked" the side of the tank and pushed it in.
Longtin says three men were working at the bottom of the tank but were not hurt.
A damage estimate isn't available, but Longtin says it won't affect the ethanol plant's startup set for March 1.
