Winter on Robbins Island

Justin DeLeeuw, of the Willmar Public Works Department, clears snow Monday from trails around Robbins Island in Willmar. There might be some more snow to clear this morning. According to the National Weather Service, there was a 20 percent chance of snow Monday night and as much as a 30 percent chance of snow over the weekend. Those in Texas battled an ice storm Monday.
