WILLMAR -- Jennifer Ann Jacobson, 44, of Kandiyohi, made her first appearance Monday in Kandiyohi County District Court on a set of first-degree drug sale charges for allegedly selling methamphetamine to a CEE-VI Drug Task Force informant in September.
Unconditional bail was set at $75,000, with conditional bail for $4,000 cash. Judge Donald M. Spilseth ordered the bail to be in addition to the bail amounts on another drug-related case in which Jacobson is charged.
She appeared Dec. 24 on two first-degree drug sale counts, plus a third-degree drug possession charge and a gross misdemeanor charge for child endangerment for having a 12-year-old child with her during an alleged Dec. 21 meth sale to an informant.
According to the complaint, an informant contacted Jacobson to purchase a half-ounce of meth on Sept. 18 for $1,400.
They met in Kandiyohi and Jacobson drove the informant to a location in the country. There, they met another vehicle. Jacobson then allegedly handed over the money in exchange for the drugs. The informant later handed over a bag of meth that weighed 13.6 grams.
