NEW LONDON -- New London-Spicer won eight of the first nine matches to beat Dassel-Cokato, 33-24, in Section 5AA wrestling Tuesday.
The Wildcats will face BOLD/Buffalo Lake-Hector in the semifinals at 6 p.m. Friday at Watertown-Mayer High School.
The Wildcats held a 30-3 lead after Adam Luberts won by a fall in his 145 pound match.
Dassel-Cokato, which beat Rockford in the early match, won the next four before Ryane Clark won by decision at 215 for NLS.
