Heather Wyffels and John Brackett are engaged to be married Aug. 22 at Vinje Lutheran Church in Willmar.
Wyffels is the daughter of David and Vicky Wyffels of Willmar.
She is a 2005 graduate of Willmar Senior High School and a 2009 graduate of the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities with a bachelor's degree in psychology. She is employed by Lutheran Social Service.
Brackett is the son of Steve and Gill Brackett of Wolverhampton, England.
He is a 2004 graduate of St. Peter's Collegiate School in Wolverhampton and a 2009 graduate of Brunel University in London with a bachelor's degree in product design. He is employed as a freelance Web and graphic designer by jbDesign.
