Elizabeth Jean Wanderscheid Koeppen was born May 10, 1948 to Raymond and Marilyn Wanderscheid in Litchfield, Minnesota.

E… had an infectious personality that lit up every room she entered. She was extremely ambitious as well. In her early adulthood she had already began breaking conventional norms as the one of the first females on a minesweeper in the U.S. Naval Reserves. She worked for a large law firm in SF as she put it “training baby attorneys”. She owned and operated different businesses that included a bed and breakfast in San Francisco, Ca. and a consignment boutique in Cool, Ca.

She enjoyed traveling with Ralph in their motor-home, often staying in R.V. Parks and Campgrounds. She relished in meeting new people and visiting new places. In fact, she never met a stranger in her life. And that vibrant personality is what led her to meeting her husband Ralph Koeppen in at the FOY R.V. Park in 2005.

Liz is survived by her husband Ralph, 3 step-children, 5 step-grandchildren.
