WILLMAR, Minn. - Elsie Sammons, 90, Willmar, Minn., died Wednesday, Oct. 16, in Carris Health.

Visitation will be from 1-2 p.m., followed by a memorial service at 2 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 19, at Willmar United Methodist Church. Burial will be in Clover Leaf Cemetery in Willmar.
