WILLMAR, Minn. - Lloyd Stulen, 78, Spicer, Minn., died Wednesday, Oct. 13, in Rice Memorial Hospital.

A celebration of life will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 19, at Evangelical Covenant Church in New London, Minn. Burial will be in Green Lake Lutheran Cemetery.
