Rachel E. (Noer) SPENCER, 96, died peacefully at the PigeonFalls Health Care Center in Pigeon Falls, WI April 26, 2022. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, 3 sisters, son, Paul and husband, John L Spencer. A memorial service for John & Rachel will be held at Colfax Lutheran Church in Colfax, WI June 4 at 2:00pm.

Rachel is survived by her daughter, Anne, son, Mark, sister, Mary, 3 grandsons, 2 granddaughters 2 step-grandsons, 2 great-granddaughters, and 1 step-great grandson.
