Rosaline “Rosie” Janice Calvin, 76, of Willmar, passed away Wednesday, June 24th  peacefully at her home. Her funeral service will be 11:00 am, Tuesday, June 30th at  Harvey Anderson Funeral Home in Willmar. Visitation will be one hour prior to her service.

Burial will be in Bethany Reformed Cemetery in Clara City. Arrangements are with Harvey  Anderson Funeral Home in Willmar, www.hafh.org.

Rosaline “Rosie” Janice Calvin was born May 12, 1944, in Montevideo, the daughter of  Henry and Agnes (Feldman) Grussing of Clara City. The family later moved to Renville  where she graduated from Renville High School with the Class of 1962. On November  24, 1967, Rosie was united in marriage to Sherlan Calvin at Bethany Reformed Church in  Clara City. Following their marriage they lived in Willmar, where Rosie worked for First  Bank for 25 years. Later, she worked as a substitute for Willmar Public Schools in  numerous areas.

She was a member of First Reformed Church in Willmar. She served as a Sunday school  teacher and children and worship planner, decorator and on various committees.

Rosie enjoyed watching basketball and NASCAR racing, listening to music, decorating,  lake activities at the cabin and traveling. She also enjoyed visiting with friends and  playing cards. Rosie was thankful for her loving husband and their precious daughters  and grandsons.

Surviving is her husband of 52 years, Sherlan; daughters: Heather Calvin of Tampa, FL,  and Crystal (and Darrel) Hudson of Rogers; grandsons: Malakaí, Logan, Carter and  Levi, sister-in-law, Linda Grussing, brother-in-law, Ethan (and Sharon) Calvin, sisters-in-law, Blanche Swenson and June Johnson; and other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Henry in 1993; mother, Agnes in 1999; and brother, Dalen in 2013.
