ST. CLOUD, Minn. - Russell “Bud” Miller, 93, Sartell, Minn., formerly WIllmar, Minn., died Thursday, Feb. 6, in VA Medical Center.

Visitation will be from 1-2 p.m., followed by a memorial service at 2 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 22, at Bethel Lutheran Church in Willmar. Interment will be at a later date in Fairview Cemetery in Willmar. Memorials are preferred to American Diabetes Association or to Arthritis Foundation.
