I note with some interest the allegations against me in Friday's West Central Tribune, "Supreme Court asked to suspend Willmar attorney."
Some allegations are true, some are wide of the mark (of course there is no reviewal of charges before they are in the newspaper).
I have been a licensed practicing attorney for 40 years in Minnesota.
I have had complaints before me before, and they have come to naught (of course, that is never in the paper; that is not how newspapers are sold!).
I intend to vigorously to fight the above charges.

Twenty-one years ago I had a major stroke. In the year 2000, I broke my hip in Switzerland while witnessing the World Championships in the bobsled in St. Moritz.
I have learned when you are down and out, you find out who your friends are; the same will happen to me now.
