Fred Cogelow's characterization of Donald Trump in his Jan. 18 letter could also be applied to Vladimir Putin and other bullies of the world.
I'm afraid Hillary would have been out of her element.
To quote Cogelow, "Obama was admittedly imperfect, but he was at least eloquent, thoughtful and ethical."
And I would add that his "Red Line" never materialized. As a consequence thousands upon thousands of innocents were maimed and killed in Syria.
Regrettably, I am on this planet.
