Letter: Article belonged on op-ed page

Am I the only person to question the placement of Walter Scott’s weekly article on the Outdoors page of the Oct. 17 West Central Tribune?
Inasmuch as it contained only Scott’s opinion re no gun zones and his purported and most likely erroneous insight into President Obama’s thinking (“Our president thinks we should all give up our guns…”), I believed it should have appeared, if at all, on the op-ed page.
