The Republican Party can be congratulated in that, unlike the Democrats, they never forget who their enemy is. I agree the electoral college is obsolete and should be abandoned but it had nothing to do with Hillary Clinton losing to Donald Trump.
How many times did Hillary testify at the House of Representatives committee hearings? I heard 18 times. This was a mistake.
Instead, about the third time she was being questioned, she should have reminded them - "I respect your investigating this terrible Benghazi incident but why always me? This is the third time I have been called and I do not respect your efforts to put me on trial here. A trial where you are both judge and jury in determining the outcome. So, just one more question. I'll ask it - Did I, Hillary Clinton, become a criminal while doing my job as Secretary of State? My answer - No!"
Then she should have walked out of their hearing, ignoring their protests as she went.
Had she done that; people would have understood the Republican Party's only objective in having their hearings was to prevent this "great lady" from becoming our next president.

Donald Trump has to be admired for his foresight in running for president. Now, as president, he is counting on the entire Republican Party supporting him during a coming controversy over his tax records and his possible arrest for tax evasion.
Will his plan work? Probably!
