Former Willmar mayor Lester Heitke did nothing to make Willmar a better place.
Quite the opposite.
Now Mayor Marv Calvin invited him back to help him finish the job. You don't need any help, Calvin. You are doing a fine job all by yourself.
Besides there can't be that much left to do. Looks like a done deal.
