The "Recall Ron Christianson, Sign Petition Here" stand was inappropriately placed across from WEAC during a time of referendum voting. I passed that area several times on May 19 because I live on Minnesota Avenue in Willmar.
As I was headed west on Minnesota Avenue and came to the intersection of Fourth Street and Minnesota Avenue, there was on one occasion a larger white vehicle stopped at the corner by the stand. I could not see if anyone was coming. I slowly moved forward in fear.
The thought crossed my mind to call the police. It was not only despicable in my opinion to have this in the area of the voting, in the first place, but it was also not safe.
