Lately, I've heard about some people narrowly avoiding accidents on U.S. Highway 71 - Minnesota Highway 23 near the newly-designed J-intersections north of Willmar.
Apparently, a number of people aren't used to them yet. We need to remind ourselves that things aren't the same there anymore.
We need to plan accordingly, especially now that it's winter. We're not done with this yet.
More changes are scheduled to take place over the next two to three years in our area. Let's be careful out there.
