Gannett has agreed to sell seven Minnesota newspapers to CherryRoad Media, a subsidiary of Parsippany, New Jersey-based CherryRoad Technologies.

A 16-year-old female passenger in a vehicle that crashed Monday night near Cottonwood suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to Avera Marshall Regional Medical Center.
Three close friends are recovering in the Hennepin County Medical Center burn unit after sustaining extensive burns when a flammable liquid was poured on a bonfire on April 11. Efforts are underway to help the three and their families with the expenses ahead.
