ST. PAUL -- Hennepin County Sheriff David Hutchinson was driving drunk at extremely high speeds in a county-owned vehicle, topping 126 mph before rolling it over on Interstate 94 last month near Alexandria, Minn., according to a newly released Minnesota State Patrol report.
A urine sample showed Hennepin County Sheriff David Hutchinson had a blood alcohol content of .13, according to the Minnesota Department of Public Safety.

According to the Douglas County Sheriff's Office, Todd Mrnak was driving a small ATV near the intersection of County Road 36 NE and Hardwood Road NE north of Miltona when the ATV overturned and he was thrown from it.
