Two rural newspaper editors created an exhibit featuring 150 photographs and narratives telling the story of 30 different cooperatives in Minnesota as part of the 100th anniversary of the Capper-Volstead Act, often referred to as the "Magna Carta" of the cooperative movement.
Threshing shows and old machinery are featured at Heritage Hill, Hanley Falls and Atwater, while the Forest City Stockade will have its summer rendezvous. Be sure and check websites or Facebook pages for current information closer to the events.

Leighton Riley Helmuth, 18, of Raymond, suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to Avera Granite Falls Health Center following the crash. William Joseph Robinson, 62, of Slayton, the driver of the other vehicle, also suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to Avera Marshall Regional Medical Center.

Leo Roy Kack, 88, and Audrey Marie Kack, 83, both of St. Leo, Minnesota, suffered serious but what are believed to non-life-threatening injuries Sunday night in a crash near Hanley Falls, and State Patrol Trooper Chad Patrick Nigg, 48, of Marshall, was treated and released from the hospital following the crash.

HANLEY FALLS — Maurice Heber Joel, 90, of Wood Lake, suffered non-life-threatening injuries in a three-vehicle crash around 2:47 p.m. Tuesday in Hanley Falls.
The Yellow Medicine County Sheriff's Office responded to the scene of a farm accident Friday evening.
WILLMAR — A 19-year-old suspect was arrested Wednesday night following a chase in Willmar.
