The sheriff’s office received a 911 call reporting the fatal crash at 4:55 p.m. Saturday on 72nd Street Southwest in Byron Township near Staples.
Meat-cutting programs at Ridgewater College in Willmar and Central Lakes Community College in Staples are receiving a boost in the form of a $2.9 million grant to the Farmers Union Federation of St. Paul.
