Elizabeth Plowman and Andrew Happe are engaged to be married Dec. 21 at First Christian Reformed Church in Prinsburg.
Elizabeth is the daughter of Arnie and Kandi Plowman of Willmar.
She is a 2009 graduate of Alexandria Technical College in Alexandria with a degree in nursing.
She is employed by Affiliated Community Medical Centers in Willmar as a licensed practical nurse.
Andrew is the son of Kris and Robert Johnson of Willmar and Larry and Kathy Happe of Montevideo.
He is a 2004 graduate of Ridgewater College in Willmar with a degree in electronics.
He is employed by Val-Co of New Holland, Pa., as a senior technical support specialist.
