The Willmar Police Department has released the name of the 19-year-old man who died Nov. 9 after falling from the East Highway 12 bridge in Willmar.
The medical examiner has determined Clint Jay Stepan of Willmar died from injuries suffered from the fall. His body was also struck by a vehicle that was northbound on the Highway 71/23 bypass.
In a release Monday, the Willmar Police Department said it cannot determine if Stepan jumped or fell from the bridge, though foul play has been ruled out.
