RAYMOND - Tyler Steen hit two three-run home runs and John Sawatzky worked all seven innings in Raymond’s 13-3 victory over Atwater in a non-league game Friday.
Steen jacked a three-run shot in Raymond’s three-run second inning and he blasted another three-run homer in the Rockets’ four-run fourth.
Jordan Smith and Herman Solomon both had two hits for the Rockets.
Atwater’s JaColby Anderson hit a two run homer in the sixth inning and he also doubled.
The Rockets play New London-Spicer at 12:30 p.m. today at Green Lake Diamond in Spicer, and then play a Cornbelt League game against Bird Island at 1 p.m. Sunday in Raymond.

The Willmar Rails rallied briefly late but couldn’t get all the way back in a non-league game on Friday in Brownton.
Andrew Clancy hit a two-run triple for the Rails, who play next against Milroy at 1:30 p.m. Sunday at Bill Taunton Stadium.
