REGAL -- Chris Beier singled in Jordan Beier with the winning run with two outs in the 11th inning as Regal capped a huge rally by nipping New London-Spicer 7-6 in Cornbelt League baseball action on Sunday.
With one out, Jordan Beier was hit by a pitch and movd to second when A.J. Hadley reached on an error. With two outs, Chris Beier singled to left field and Jordan Beier scored without a play at the plate.
Regal trailed 6-0 entering the bottom of the ninth inning, then scored six times to send the game into extra innings. Steve Gerding's two-run single highlighted the comeback.
Chris Beier pitched the final five innings in relief of Shane Radmermacher for the win. He allowed six hits and three runs.
Gerding and Chris Beier had two hits each for Regal (1-1).

Scott Rambow went 5-for-6 for New London-Spicer. Jeremy Dirksen hit a two-run homer.
