Area Girls Basketball Roundup: Litchfield scoots past Howard Lake-Waverly-Winsted, 67-35

Nine players, led by Kylie Michels' 14, score in Dragons win over the Lakers

LITCHFIELD — The Litchfield girls basketball team used its balance to beat Howard Lake-Waverly-Winsted, 67-35 Thursday night.

Litchfield improved to 3-3 in the Wright County Conference West Division, 4-3 overall. HLWW is 1-5 and 1-7.

Kylie Michels had 14 points, Lily Osterberg 12 and Sydney McCann 10 for the Dragons, who had nine players score.

Ivy Fasching led the Lakers with 12 points.

Litchfield plays at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Annandale.

For ACGC, Eli Roemeling had four points and six rebounds and Mikali Johnson had four points and three steals.
