Mound Westonka and Annandale battled for the top two positions at the Wright County Conference meet on Tuesday. Annandale was edged out by Mound Westonka by a single stroke on the front nine while Annandale topped Mound Westonka on the back nine by thirteen.
Bree Linder led the White Hawks and the field on the front nine, shooting a 41 and Nicole Nelson shot a field-best 44 on the back nine for Annandale.
In the front nine, Annandale featured three golfers in the top-six, including Haley Prewitt who finished third with a score of 44.
Litchfield finished third with all six golfers finishing in the top-20 on the front nine and New London-Spicer saw all six of their golfers finish top-30 for a fifth-place team finish.
