PIERZ -- For the second straight year, the Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa boys basketball team completed an undefeated regular season.
The Jaguars defeated Pierz 73-64 on the road in a Central Minnesota Conference game on Saturday to run their record to 26-0. They open the playoffs on Thursday against an opponent yet to be determined.
Last year, the Jaguars won 32 straight games before falling to Springfield in the Class A state championship game.
