BENSON - Benson exploded for 52 points in the second half and the Braves powered past Yellow Medicine East 89-68 on Friday in Benson.
Matt Ahrndt scored 25 points, and Aaron Ahrndt added 5 points, 4 assists and 5 steals.
Eric Lagge collected 11 points and 6 rebounds, and Colin Ose scored 18 for the Braves (4-7, 8-11).
Blake Lindstrom led the Sting (0-12, 1-15) with 15 points and hit three 3-pointers.
Tyson Velde had 5 points and 9 rebounds, and Chase Richter scored 12 with 2 steals.
