Boys Basketball: Bluejays overcome Eagles in Camden showdown

PRINSBURG -- Case Mulder scored 20 points and Austin TeBrake racked up a double-double with 17 points and 10 rebounds as Central Minnesota Christian School defeated Lac qui Parle Valley 65-61 in a Camden Conference game on Friday.

PRINSBURG - Case Mulder scored 20 points and Austin TeBrake racked up a double-double with 17 points and 10 rebounds as Central Minnesota Christian School defeated Lac qui Parle Valley 65-61 in a Camden Conference game on Friday.

TeBrake also had three assists and six steals. Peter Martin scored 15 points and had four assists.

Maverick Conn paced the Eagles with 18 points and 12 rebounds while Austin Bonn left his mark all over the game, scoring 14 points with nine assists.

Willmar got its third-straight win and its sixth victory in seven games after defeating Sauk Rapids 67-53 in Central Lakes Conference play Friday.

Ty Roelofs and Drey Dirksen each finished the night with double-doubles. Dirksen had a team-high 17 points with 10 rebounds and a pair of steals for the Cardinals. Meanwhile, Roelofs finished with 13 points, 13 boards and four assists. Ryan Slette (16) and Jake Evans (14) also finished in double figures.

The Storm were led by Cade Milton-Baumgardner's 17 points.

Now 7-6 in CLC play, Willmar returns home Tuesday to face Brainerd.
