BIRD ISLAND -- BOLD's man-to-man defense stymied Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg as the Warriors tripped the Fighting Saints 68-33 in a non-conference boys basketball game Thursday.
The Warriors (8-7) forced 26 turnovers and allowed KMS (6-9) to shoot only 27 percent (12-for-45) from the field.
A trio of Warriors scored 11 points each -- Shawn Dollerschell, Brandon Ochs and Kyle Krause -- as BOLD fired at a 50-percent clip from the field. Dollerschell added nine rebounds, five assists and three steals.
Cole Berget had a game-high 17 points for KMS, while Marc Beckman hooked nine rebounds to go with his seven points.

The Braves overcame a four-point halftime deficit to beat the Owls.
Cody Jaeger, Carter Fennell and Keagan Pangrac scored 13 points apiece to lead a balanced scoring attack for Benson. Brennan Kent added 12 points and Sam Peterson had 11. Pangrac also grabbed a game-high 18 rebounds.
Brendon Foss scored 27 points and 16 rebounds for Hancock. Cory Schroeder followed with 14 points, and Dylan Reese and Drew Schmidgall had 10 points each.
