MARSHALL -- MACCRAY, the top-ranked team in Class A, stayed unbeaten Thursday night, drubbing Canby 74-41 to advance to the finals of the Section 3A-North boys basketball tournament.
The Wolverines will face Minneota, a 65-63 winner over Dawson-Boyd, on Saturday at 6 p.m. at Southwest Minnesota State in Marshall.

The Wolverines (27-0), jumped out a to a 17-3 lead and never looked back.
Shaun Condon poured in 26 points and also dished out five assists for MACCRAY. Dylan Aeikens added 14 points, six rebounds, five assists and four steals.

Jordan Wiesen paced Canby (12-7) with 17 points and 10 rebounds.

Minneota knocked Dawson-Boyd out of a playoffs again, this time in the semifinals of the subsection tournament. The Vikings ended the Blackjacks' football season last November in the section final.
Dawson-Boyd tied the game with 10 seconds left on a Matt Anderson basket. The Blackjacks had trailed by six, but Anderson also converted a four-point play.

Tony Noyes made a layup with two seconds left to put the Vikings in the lead.
Will Kurka dominated the paint for Minneota with 28 points and 19 rebounds. Shane Hennen added 11 points.
Kruiz Lindblad scored 20 points and hooked eight rebounds for the Blackjacks. Anderson followed with 18 points and five assists. Andrew Roiger chipped in 11 points and seven rebounds.
