WACONIA -- Shelby Moats scored 28 points to help Waconia upend Litchfield 68-42 in a Wright County Conference boys basketball game Friday.

Moats was the only player to score in double figures for the Wildcats (3-0, 4-4) and the senior forward also hooked 10 rebounds. Waconia had a plus-12 advantage in total rebounds.

The Wildcats were coming off an improive 18-point win over previously unbeaten Orono.

Litchfield (2-3, 4-5) also had just one player score in double figures as Riley Pater paced the Dragons with 10 points. Zach Kinny pulled down five rebounds and Derek Koll handed out five assists.
