Boys basketball roundup: Bluejays knock off Lancers

MARSHALL - Top-seeded Central Minnesota Christian School is headed to the Section 3A finals after knocking off No. 2-seed Canby 60-48 on Friday at Southwest Minnesota State to win the North subsection.
Austin Bulthuis led the Bluejays with 18 points and six rebounds, and Matthew and Lucas Van Eps each scored 10 points.
Levi Post added eight points and four assists for CMCS.
The Bluejays (22-3) will face Southwest Minnesota Christian (19-9), the No. 2-seed in the South subsection, for a trip to the state tournament on Thursday at SMSU.

The Falcons advanced to the Section 2A-North finals behind a 36-point night from Alex Hendricks.
Adam Johnson added 15 points and six rebounds, and Colton Minnick had 14 points and three steals.
Hendricks hit nine 3-pointers, and Brody Larson had three points and seven assists.
The Falcons (19-9) will face the winner of the Springfield-LPHT game on Tuesday at Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter.
