CLARA CITY - Dawson-Boyd blew out of the gate in the second half, scoring 44 points and erasing a 13-point halftime deficit in a 63-51 Camden Conference win over MACCRAY on Tuesday.
Both teams are 2-1 after the Blackjacks’ victory.
D-B’s Nathaniel Huot hit three 3-point shots and finished with a game-high 25 points.
Joey Lee scored 15 points, Michael Lee had 9 and Noah Stelter hit two 3-pointers and finished with 8 points.
MACCRAY’s Carter Asche scored 16 points and had 10 rebounds, and Cody Boonstra 12 points.
Bailey Boike had 8 points, 9 rebounds and 3 assists. Taylor Thissen was limited to 6 points on two 3-point shots but he dished out 7 assists and had 4 steals.
