BELGRADE -- Shane Weller sank five 3-pointers in the second half and Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa twice came back from double-figure deficits to beat Pierz 68-61 in a Central Minnesota Conference showdown on Thursday.
Jared McCleary notched a double-double with 17 points and 13 rebounds for the Jaguars.
Trailing 21-7, BBE (6-0, 13-1) fought back to take a 31-30 hafltime lead. But Pierz (2-2, 7-5) regained a 13-point advantage in the second half before Weller scored all 17 of his points to lead the comeback.
It was the 12th straight win for BBE.
