Willmar tied for seventh place with Cambridge-Isanti at 335 in the 20-team meet, won by Detroit Lakes (318) on a tiebreaker with Waconia.

Tony Kallevig posted the low score for Willmar, shooting a 79 at Pebble Creek on Monday, the season opener.

Litchfield finished fourth at 328.

Matt Rachey of Waconia was medalist with a 69.
